The Story Behind Foodmatees The inspiration for Foodmatees came from a real-life moment of unfulfilled expectations. One Sunday evening, our founder and his brother decided to visit Murthal to enjoy their favorite aloo parathas. They left South Delhi at 6:00 PM, reached by 6:30 PM, and found the restaurant overcrowded. After waiting until 8:00 PM, they couldn’t get the parathas they craved and had to eat elsewhere. Reflecting on this frustrating experience, the founder thought, “How can dining be made easier and more predictable for customers and restaurants?” This led to the creation of Foodmatees— a platform that allows diners to pre-book tables, select dishes in advance, and enjoy stress-free meals.
